I can't change car livery

What did you try to do?
I try change livery of my car, I set all colors and type of colors, but when i click on "Upload changes" - nothing happened. I clear cache too, it not help.

What happened instead?
Nothing. Tokens stay, old design stay too.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Windows 10 Home

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Chrome

I play from browser, I not use any app. 
Notebook have specs:
Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1007U @ 1.50GHz  1.50 GHz
RAM: 4,00 GB (used: 3,80 GB)
Windows are 64bit
Resolution max. 1366x768

I have the exact same issue. Google Chrome, livery editor, upload changes but nothing happens. When I do this in the downloaded game version it works.

Hey managers,

Please hard refresh and clear cache.

Google Chrome:
Clear Cache:
Click the three-dot menu in the top right.
Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
Choose a time range (e.g., "Last 24 hours" or "All time").
Check Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
Hard Refresh:
Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).

Mozilla Firefox:
Clear Cache:
Click the three-line menu in the top right.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
Check Cached Web Content and click Clear.
Hard Refresh:
Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).

Microsoft Edge:
Clear Cache:
Click the three-dot menu in the top right.
Go to Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Select Cached images and files and click Clear now.
Hard Refresh:
Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).

Safari:
Clear Cache:
Go to Safari in the top menu bar and select Preferences.
Click the Advanced tab.
Check the box for Show Develop menu in menu bar.

Hi!

I clear cache and make a hard refresh and... it is embarrassing to say this... it doesn't work. 

I stay on old colors, but anyway, I thank you for help.
Colors aren't important, car and manager make results, not colors.
