No 3d/tv/aerial view on main race

What did you try to do?
Re loaded game-no different.
Unsure what else to do

What happened instead?
No 3d/aerial/driver view available, icon doesn’t appear in drop down during main race

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?

What is the model of your device?
I phone running IOS 16.7.10

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
16.7.10

Can the bug be reproduced?
Nothing appears in drop down box during race for 3d/aerial/driver/race view

Additional comments:
Was present before update, I did check and ask if the update would run on IOS 16.7.10 and was informed it would, so was surprised when it doesn’t appear.
Is this any early game glitch ?

I get the usual 2d view(overview of race track) the default setup. 
I do not get anything in the drop down icon for 3d view , tv view, aerial or drivers view , there’s no option there, it was all there before update. The option button is still there, just no drop down options as per above.
So yes, opens in 2d and no option to race in anything other than that.

Have checked my settings, and set for 3d view.

Will try the second option tonight, as have a live race at 8pm, so will join the race as advised.
I hope this works?
I’ll keep you updated,on the outcome either way.

 Unfortunately just finished our race, did stage 2 and made no difference to 3d view or any view.
Still in 2d with again no option to change views.

Also find that gameplay is “lagging” , especially using boost.

Happy to run through whatever else may help with resolving this issue.

 Appreciate your all busy rectifying currents bugs, and looking for fixes. Red Craigie was looking into this for me.

Thanks for the reply, hope you had a great weekend.

Like some in my league, we play on older phones, for example mine is an IPhone 8, so appreciate it’s an old model, but when update was announced I was assured it would run, which it does, just none of the previous options, such as tv view, drivers view, etc.

You say go in through the race option on the Home Screen, rather than league, the only option I have is to go through Race option anyway.

Understand totally my phone is now getting on, but was hoping that as everything else works on my operating schedule, that this would too?

Thanks for the replies.

Jack - do you still want a screenshot or are we going with the phone is too old to accommodate 3d view.

Jose- I understand the age of the phone, however I had 3d view before upgrading of game, and the IOS operating software is still compatible with other platforms.

Appreciate your help/feedback, please just let me know if this is the main reason or is there something else to explore.

So in essence, it’s the age of the phone, and not the software? 
So it’s either upgrade my phone or enjoy racing in the 2d version.
