Impossible change account opt

Hi everyone, when I try to make some changes to my account (photo for example) the system show me this message 
“The email address you are trying to use is linked to another account. Use another email address or contact support@igpgames.com

For assistance.”
I’ve already tried to contact the assistance many times but nobody reply me.
