Try refreshing the site if this ever happens, it may be that the connection timed out (if for example you had the tab open for hours in the background, or the PC sleeps then comes back on etc.). It could also be a Firewall rule blocking it, so if you have recently installed any new firewall or internet security software, also check the rules there.
