I tried to do a sprint race and couldn't enter as a result lost repair parts and engine for nothing and sprint race objective not achieved a real disappointment this game currently.

Hey Dan,
We were applying fixes to this issue yesterday. Could you please clear cache and try again?
I’ve reimbursed the cost of fixing your car, replaced engine reimbursed as well and restored the driver health.
You can clear cache from the app settings in your profile.

Look, I just did a sprint race... I tell you that I still had difficulty entering due to connection problems.. But on the third attempt I entered... I can tell you..

Hi Dan, could you capture a screen recording of this when it happens? Also what device and OS are you using?
We really want to understand what's going on here but need more data. A video would tell us a lot.

Hi, okay as soon as I do one I'll take some screenshots for you. I can tell you that as soon as the game gives me the go-ahead to go to the race I click on go to the race and the IGP message and loading bar appear. The loading bar loads up to 85 sometimes 92% then it freezes and underneath the message press connection try to re-enter appears...

Hi Dan, I just identified an issue with the authentication process and think it might be related. I've applied the fix to the service now, let me know if it works from this point onwards.
