What did you try to do?
multiple restarts / force closures

What happened instead?
gets stuck at between 0% & 14% loading

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?

What is the model of your device?
iphone SE 2022 & ipad air

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
iOS 17.6.1 on iphone

&

IOS 18.3.1 on iPad


Can the bug be reproduced?

edit - opened when tried on laptop browser at the very end but still ios app still does not work.

Having the same problem with two different Samsung phones.
I've tried logging out and back in countless times,  restarting app and phone  all to no avail.  Sometimes gets to 20% but often doesn't even start.

if you have a pc (browser), it loaded on that for me



Tried that,  wouldn't even try to load the race.

I just logged in as you and was able to load the race on web. We're investigating if other platforms have any issues.

UPDATE: I could repeat the problems you were seeing on Android, we're looking in to that now.

We've identified a server having issues with viewer connections. It should be resolved now. I can only apologise for the disruption to your race. We will do our best to ensure this doesn't happen again.

It’s ok. 👍 


Edit- just checked a spectator mode and says connection problem fyi.

Edit- maybe a hangover problem with certain races as some spectate & load and other races says connection problem.

We now have the problem that the live race lights up permanently. The start would have been 12:30 German time. But now it hangs.

We had issues leading in to this earlier, 11:30 to 12:30 races all had issues. You will need to request a re-run if desired.

I've skipped all the races that were stuck and sent 3 tokens to all impacted teams.

The underlying issue was resolved earlier, as mentioned in my previous post.

I’ve tried to load a race as a spectator still dodgy. It loaded so that’s something though
