 Can you develop a new PU for me? In the F1000 league that I participate in, there is a big difference in machine performance between us and the other teams, so I think it will be difficult to win unless we adopt a different strategy from the other teams.

I have some available, lvl 28, you can try it out for a few races and see how it compares. If it is no good then obviously you can just walk away.
