There is strange thing with XP

I'm asking instead of the another manager, he can't send messages at the forum for some reason.

He recently found that at least at his 3 accounts required amount XP for reaching next level is noticeably increases. E. g. Before it was ~7k, now it's ~12k. Is it bug or that's intended?

Affected accounts:
Sturla Holm Lægreid - League NRA
Lewis Hamilton - Indonesia Series
Lewis Kot - Russian Masters League

Also, did I have lvl 20? Because I always thought I have it until there is lvl 19.
