Hi there, I can join the race on my phone and on another account, but this account on PC App or Browser cannot join. Keeps saying connection failed at about 34-37%. Can I get assistance with this please?

update can confirm this account cannot join any race, on any browser except from phone. Tried multiple browsers and devices on PC/App.
Update: can join on PC, Browsers on other accounts, but not this account, wtf is going on? Can we look into this please?
Update postrace: I am able to join races in Sprint now.. sigh that has cost me 6 points :(
