Apologies for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
When the recent update launched, teams that were not in a league were unintentionally relegated to Pro.
I have flagged this thread to the Support Team's attention so they can promote you back to Elite.

EDIT: I have merged two threads together as they are both requesting manual promotion as a result of the recent update. Both manager links have been shared with the Support Team.
