Academy Driver worth it?

My Youth Academy (lvl 13) scouted a T20 of age 19 driver. Since we can only see the talent rating and age,

1. At what number do other attributes usually start?
2. I already have a T20 driver of age 17 (got it from transfer market) but will the Driver hired from my youth academy be better compared to my current driver?

(the only downside of my current driver is that it has a low bmi, whether if it affects race performance or not i don't know, although the stamina is at L20)

Since both scenario involves T20,  should i invest in hiring driver from academy or just keep going with my current driver?

I advise just waiting until you're getting towards the end of leveling up, so level 27+ until you start worrying about academy drivers. Usually not worth buying them until talent 30's start appearing. And typically they start very under-leveled, so you'll be training them for a few weeks before they're properly usable
