Deprivation of Rights

Yesterday, it seems someone I know created a new thread. It was titled "ESA." Eventually the thread was deleted and the person who created it had their posting privileges revoked.

I had asked the staff before, but I was told that only 5 topics about ESA were allowed, so was that the reason? I was doing this with a request from me to update the ESA forum to him, but I think I posted a new thread by mistake.

I believe there is a request to delete the forum, and the title of the person requesting the deletion was "Help"?
