AFAIK this particular bug first appeared in 2022 when league rules were introduced. It happens only when the "No Refuelling" rule is active and when cars use a pit box after the Start/Finish line. If you look at your post race data, you will see for affected cars, the final lap of each stint shows low tyre life remaining because the reading is logged as the car passes the start/finish line on it's way into the pit box.
At any other circuit, for the final lap of a stint, the data will almost certainly show tyre life at 99% because the pit box is situated before the start finish line and by the time the cars cross this line they have fresh tyres.
The bug had previously been resolved by making all cars in Brazil use the same pit box before the start/finish line. Since the latest update the bug appears to have re-emerged.
I know this doesn't fix the problem, but I explain why it is happening. I believe the Devs are aware but I think they're really busy right now with the next update as described in recent blogs.
In the meantime, I suggest that everyone pays special attention to the pit indicator when managing a NRF race at Brazil and initiate a manual pit if necessary.
Alternatively, until such time as the bug is fixed again, if you're racing in a NRF league perhaps you could consider not selecting Brazil in the calendar.
