When looking back through the game, it has roughly been 6 years since a new track has been added. While I understand it is going to be tough to add new tracks, I feel like it is something that the community has wanted for a while. That is why I feel like we should introduce tracks on the current schedule, and potentially some from the past. I personally want Watkins Glen, as NASCAR and other series race there, and I feel like if they upgrade their safety standards, then it could lead to a return for F1.

Hey Jacob,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback about the potential for new tracks.

From a team perspective, the requirements in terms of budget and development manpower to create new full‑3D circuits are extremely high. Our experience shows that developing even one new track in 3D involves not only modelling and rendering the terrain, buildings, and surroundings, but also ensuring real‑time performance, correct scaling, DRS zones, detection points, fuel and tyre wear modelling, and camera systems. Each of these components requires significant artistic and engineering resources.

Even now, improving or redesigning a track at proper scale can take weeks of sustained work from both artists and developers.

Moreover, the 3D system currently must work reliably across a wide range of devices and operating systems, including low‑end hardware and older operating systems. That adds a layer of complexity: heavier 3D assets can cause crashes, lag, or incompatibility on less powerful systems. This is why we continue to prioritise optimised, scalable performance rather than pushing only high‑fidelity visuals.

That said, we’re excited to share that we are actively working on a new track: Netherlands. It’s in production now, and we’ll share more updates as we get closer to release.

Thank you for your understanding, we’re committed to improving the experience for all players while working within these constraints.

Thank you for this update, I can assure you that we are all excited for this new track to be raced on, and we wish good luck for the track to be out as soon as possible.

I would also like to thank everybody who has voted, so that we can give the game player based suggestions for what we possibly want to see next.

Why delete a track?

Can the Nürburgring (previous German iGP), and the old Silverstone layout (5.141km) be made raceable again in that case?

That would be cool for sure! At the moment we’ve other tracks as priority for countries which don’t host a race in the game yet.

How about Hanoi? I know it kinda got abandoned by F1 but I'm pretty sure the layouts are available for the track.

It could be a little bit tricky and more expensive to create a track without real-life references. Anyway, shared internally, thank you!

It would be a mistake to remove any circuit from the game. Doing so would mean losing an essential part of its identity—the history behind each track, the memories created there, and the opportunity for new players to experience and compete on them. There are many good reasons to preserve every circuit.

Adding new tracks is always a welcome improvement that enriches the competition and racing experience, and the work done by the game studio is truly appreciated.

I just hope no existing circuits are ever removed from the game. It would be a shame—and a mistake—to erase that lega

I agree with you. Some tracks hold special memories for others, and overtime, more people will be able to experience them.

After the announcement of the Netherlands in the game for IGP Manager 2026, what other tracks do some of us want to see. Now I understand that it would take months, years for new tracks to be added into the game, but what are your thoughts?

I thought this is what we voted for? The majority voted for Imola, so I thought that would be the next one

Wishful thinking... now there is one new track announced... It will at least lasts a lot of months till this track will go live.

As Jose explained, it takes so much efforts for designing and programming a new track, thats why i look back to the good old times in 2D mode and 20 levels, where it was much easier to implement new features and new tracks.

The next track is the Netherlands, we don't know if they will even add anymore tracks after this one.

Yeah, I mean the next one after the netherlands. Why making us vote if you’re not planning on bringing another one?

I mean, the netherlands were already in development when they asked us to take part to the poll
