I don't know if this is a bug or not, but in headquaters it says that minimum staff morale is 6, but one of my drivers has a moral of one. Surely this should mean that all of my staff should have a minum morale of 6. Or does this only affect staff and not drivers.
Also is does morale make a difference to the pace of a driver?

The Offices & Hospitality HQ only affects staff and not the drivers.
On the second question, I don't actually know. I'd have to ask the sim developer.

almost ask about it but, searched first and here we are :P
i was going to ask about my 3rd driver's morale. ok, i see he has no chance to be part of the staff. ;)
he'd better start racing for moral.
