Favorite track with max stats

Hi guys,

A drivers’s favorite track increases its stats in that race by 1 point. So if my driver has 20 for each stat they will go up to 21. 

1) What happens when my driver has maxed out stats (so everything at 30). Will they stay at 30 or do they go up to 31? 
2) And does the favorite track apply to talent too?

For the devs: will this still work when the drivers stats are changed to percentages?

Ya it's assumed that their stats are at 31. Because I'm in a league with all maxxed out drivers and you can still see the benefits of favorite track.
