Tokens randomly reset to 0

I was saving up tokens to prepare to repopulate this team if I were to run it in a race event, but suddenly the tokens disappeared recently.

I am surprised the account was not outrightly banned as it should have been.

You dodged a bullet and yet still came on here to complain about sanctions for farming.

why this account active and administrating a league.

Logging in and writing a bunch of stuff on the league wall etc has nothing to do with farming.

Even if you can't race, set offline strategies. Get adequate staff, upgrade your buildings... You know things a normal player would do?

You were farming and your coins were removed as a warning as opposed to being banned.

Don't farm anymore.

Cool I actually purchased tokens on this account, since they'e been removed, I'll report to paypal and get a charge back :)

Also their T&C doesn't support this cannot farm currency, which is absurd to begin with. But oh well, trading standards would have a field day with iGPgames if they are doing this. Companies that do this sort of thing lose access to Paypal, and Visa/mastercard services, so this practice maybe harmful for iGPgames to continue with.

Nice I shall now make a GDPR complaint for publically reporting my account's information.

I am not testing anyone. I am a customer and I feel it was disrespectful not to speak to me first. I am unaware what issues iGP is having with the token system, for them to be removed and then for you to present private information from account in a public area is unacceptable. Then you go onto threatening me after I have said I will be making a GDPR complaint.

Closing someone's account over a GDPR complaint which I am perfectly allowed to do is absurd. I play your game very often, ongoing for years and I feel I am being disrespected with these actions and it is very upsetting. I have been very supportive of iGP for years and correctly critical when due over it's decisions and this now is the worse case of customer service I have seen and I really do expect better things especially from you Jose. 

we should have a proper private chat about this as this has blown out of proportion but if you close my accounts because I am standing up to you. That is absolutely shocking and uncalled for.

Can you ask your DPO to look into this thread please. Also please refrain from threatening me. under Data Protection Laws I am allowed to make a complaint with regards to my data (whether or not you agree with it) without due threat of repercussion.

I want to be very clear, I am grateful you decided not to close my account as this is obviously not intentional which I think you gathered as you knew what the purpose of that account was. It has now been removed from the league moving forward, despite my intentions to allow it to administrate the league separately from my account that actually races. That has now moved over.

I've always had great respect for you Jose but I cannot excuse the errors you've made in this thread.

What do you mean it was not intentional? Have you been living under a rock? For someone that knows it all and always on the forum, you failed to see the massive clamp down on farming that happened not too long ago?

Not intentionally refreshing sponsors every 10 races while letting staff contract run out on purpose 🤔 If the purpose of the account is administration of a league, it doesn’t need tokens. Or money. Or anything
