What Is the differens
It’s like F1 and F2 in real life. The Elite tier is the highest you can get, there are the strongest players. In the pro tier there is everyone else.
If promotion/relegation is active the two top players of the pro tier will be promoted to elite while the lowest two players in the Elite tier will be relegated to pro.
Pro tier is capped to level 20. If your level is higher than 21, your car will get ballast to make your car slower and giving the other players a chance to be more competitive.
Not sure about this one, but Pro tier might give less reputation when you win a race. You need reputation to climb the positions in the hall of fame and become the #1 driver in the game.
