How is star rating calculated?

Hi guys, how is the star rating of a driver calculated?

I have this driver and her rating is 23.17, but if I add up all attributes and divide them by 11 I get 22.9. 
I sum together following stats: all driving ability, all mental and stamina. 11 attributes. Adding them up gives me 252 points, which is an average of 22.9.

What am I missing?

Maybe BMI?

It’s not BMI, I think it’s something to do with age.  I have a number of maxed drivers across a few accounts and those who are 17-19 and 30+ have lower average scores than they should be.  Those that are 20-29 are much nearer or at expected level.  There is probably a hidden algorithm that factors in very and mature ages as a negative. 

There are decimals present in the attributes.

Can’t be BMI because if I add it to the calculqtion I would still get 22,933 on average. So must be something else. 

Might be what Herbie said, something to do with the age. It would make sense because we know that older drivers start getting worse at a certain age and this could be the reason.





What do you mean with decimals? I thought attributes are whole numbers

Now that I think of it, it 1: could be Talent? Or 2: Experience

I included them in the calculation already
