What did you try to do?
I'm starting to upgrade my building and close a popup (where you can see a progress).
What happened instead?
not instead, after. Game redirects you to this link:
https://igpmanager.com/app/https://igpmanager.com/index.php?action=fetch&p=headquarters
It still show the headquarters when you close popup, but after you refresh or reopen it, it doesn't.
