Parts are not produced anymore

I ecpect parts count increased after race at least on 1, but it does not happend. It worked on start of game.

But after some time it does not work any more. Several upgrade of building for produce parts have no effect.

Yes, on my account every next race does not produce parts anymore.

I allow you see and change any my data in the game. I think it is bug, I am not sure what trigger of this bug, and how to solve it without restarting of game progress.
I tried restarting of my phone.
