What did you try to do?
The research bar is locked for me I can't open it nor the upgrade one beside that so can't develop the car.
What happened instead?
Along with that the race which was supposed to be today didn't happen as well for others in my league can't click on strategy option as well as it's locked too

Hey managers,
Thanks for your report. Unfortunately some races were affected by a temporary malfunction of the parser around 5 AM UTC. The issue affected a total of 5 races in the system. I've been forced to set for rerun the affected races and the attached tier. The managers affected by this issue have been compensated with 9 tokens.
If by any reason the league host prefers to skip the race instead of the rerun please let us know as soon as possible.
