- Newly promoted teams enter an Elite B bracket for 3–4 races , this could happen at the last 4 races of the season. Top 2 teams go into elite ECT.
- Matched only with fellow trialists and lower-end Elites
- Final confirmation or automatic relegation based on trial results
4. Resource Balancing for New Elites
- One-time “boost pack” (cash, temporary facility upgrades, or hiring vouchers) .
- Veteran assistant-manager check-ins or coaching messages
