My issue has not been solved, even though the developers marked it as being so. My query was about how to upload a profile picture. The developer said I should click on the pencil and go from there. THAT IS THE ISSUE!!! Once I go there, it does not give me any option to upload any images. What must I do to be able to upload images?

Which platform / device are you using to upload your profile picture?

If it's in the app version (android or ios), and you have denied permissions for the app to access the file system, it could possibly block the file upload dialog from opening.


It could also be a bug, but there are many possibilities to rule out first.

So is that Google Play Games on Windows? That's an interesting edge case. Can you try opening this URL in your browser instead and see if you're able to upload a profile photo:

I clicked on the link you provided. It's exactly the same as what I have at the moment. I can not upload any images. The only images are those that I've taken a sreenshot of in the game itself.

It looks like you're playing remotely, from your PC to another PC. Are you sure your saved photos are on the same hard drive as the PC where you're playing?

Perhaps you're using an Android "emulator" on your PC (e.g., BlueStack?)

Are you using Facebook? I had the same problem a few years ago. I solved it by entering my email and password.
