In all honesty the transfers need to be balanced a bit more based on the levels. By this I mean the better level you are the less low star people show up. It should show when the people shortlisted show up they should show up but since level 7 it's been if you see a 5 star person take them you may never see them again. For Drivers it's not that big of a deal due to the Youth Academy but it's mainly that big of a problem with the staff since the staff is becoming more important so I suggest a system that better filters staff to higher levels or a facility that helps players get higher starred staff. Drivers will be preferred as well in the system but either way it's ridiculous how hard it is to get good staff not even to mention when auctions get taken into account as well.
