Connecting to races

Hello. This question comes from someone who uses a VPN to play and connect to races. On Saturday, November 22nd, the situation for me and many of my friends worsened dramatically. In my case, I can easily connect to some races as a spectator, but I can't connect to others, such as those where I'm supposed to be a participant.
When loading a race, some data doesn't reach me and traffic stops, even though the game doesn't detect a "server connection issue."
I use a PC

I'd like to ask if you've made any changes to the race connection mechanism? Perhaps you've adjusted some settings on one of your servers or something else?

I need to know this to understand where the problem is and what I should do to continue playing. Thank you

I had the same here Yuri with the race today on the PC version only, and Simone in the league also had the same issue.

It worked fine on the smartphone app though.

race doesn't load on pc , second day in a row .

Well, I do use 2D, you've got me!:) Windows 10, Google Chrome. The problem persists. Yesterday, once out of a thousand attempts, this appeared, *screenshots*. At the top, it says "Confirm the action on the IGP website.". I have no idea what it is. The most I've ever seen before was a yellow bar informing me of a connection problem. I hope this gives you some clue. I'm continuing to try different services.

The competition didn't work for me today either, I tried several browsers, but it didn't work. PC + Chrome + edge! It started with the mobile app, but not on the PC!

PC only works with iGP App for Windows. Browsers are not working, 5th day in a row.

Strange, on Pc web does't load the race, works only in app and with delation like very high ping (2D and 3D same). Is the problem in browser?
