Is upgrading tire economy useful? No one in my league upgrades tire economy at all. If I upgrade it does it actually reduce the % of tire degradation per lap?

Ya but generally speaking, both fuel economy and tire economy are best spent after you max acc-handling-br-df.

Handling before braking? Isn't braking more important than handling?
