Changing owner of the league

Hello!
Is it somehow possible ourselves to change the owner of a league, or does a game administrator have to make it? In our league the owner does play the game anymore, and he would want to give the owner privileges to me, but he doesn't know how.

This would be better than making everyone swap to a new league, and it's already mid season.

Hopefully this can be sorted out!

I remember where it was on the old iGP but I have not found it in the new iGP in the old version the owner would go to the league page and edit from there and it would say change owner but I havent seen it when I was in the edit trying to change things for my league
