Are you level 31 or higher? Want to go back to level 30?

Hi all, this will be the official thread for the forum where players can request to go back down to level 30 if you are at a higher level post-update.

As we have gotten some requests like this, I have pinned this thread to allow these requests to be made more easily.

It is not a bug - however, some players expressed a preference to begin making progress from level 30, as opposed to having been given the extra experience accumulated after having reached level 30 before the new cap of level 40 was made.

Please create a thread in the bugs forum for the driver skills and pit crew, as I have no control over this and this is a separate request.

This thread is only for manager levels.

It is purely a personal preference some players have requested for.

Because for accounts that were Level 30 for a long time, all of the XP that was accumulated in the background after reaching L30 have suddenly been applied in the update. However, buildings have remained at L30. So instead of the buildings being 5 star, they are now a lot lower star rating.

Star ratings on buildings are much more important after the update. So, as an example, my "racing" account has become Level 38 and my buildings reduced to 3.5 stars. I calculated it will take about 15 months to get my buildings to the same level as the team, because each building takes 1 week to gain 1 level (unless you spend a LOT of tokens). This is why it would be better for me to have the team reduced to Level 31, only 1 level above the buildings.
