disappeared promotions

am the manager of the now historic Italian championship, IGP Manager "Formula 1 - the legendary 10:30 PM" (formula 1). Since the update, promotions and relegations have disappeared from our championship.
About three hours ago today, I accessed the championship options, but there's no option to reactivate them. I've also just noticed a message in my inbox and that of all the championship managers, saying that I, the manager, have deactivated promotions and relegations, something I absolutely did not do.

I ask you to help me as soon as possible, as our season ends on Tuesday the 23rd, and without the reinstatement of promotions and relegations, an entire season will be wasted, along with the efforts of the managers who fought to stay up or be promoted to the elite.

le promozioni e degrado sono state disattivate col nuovo aggiornamento. Le leghe non saranno più divise in Pro ed Elite, ma tutti saranno in un’unica divisione. 

I posti nel campionato rimangono però solo 16 (2 auto)/32 (1 auto). Se nel complesso ci sono più di 16 persone il campionato verrà suddiviso in 2. Se ci sono 8 in elite e 8 verranno uniti e saranno una sola divisione da 16 persone. Se invece sono 16 e 16 verrà creato un nuovo campionato e ci verranno inserite le 16 persone della divisione pro.

Io ho 16 in Elite e 13 in Pro (tra cui solo 4 attivi) questi giocatori resteranno in Pro finche non si libera qualche posto in Elite per la stagione successiva?
