I clicked the option to upgrade the design facility 5 days ago and it said 2 days remaining til upgrade would be complete. I got on this morning (5 days later) and it still says 2 days remaining. Any ideas why this is?

It says construction was started at 2016-10-31 13:55:13 GMT. It will say 1 day remaining in 55 minutes or so. The timer is correct going by the data.
