Temporary disabling of auto-KERS

Would it be an idea for auto-KERS to be disabled within a few minutes of a disconnection? This is because I got disconnected in a race and came back to find my drivers had used about 15% of KERS ineffectively, costing them positions.

Better than mine I agree with this since at like Monaco I think it was some watery track but I did a refresh took 2 or 3 minutes to get back in and my drivers used up about 77% of my KERS so that is something I hope gets added
