Manager level

What did you try to do?
My manager level has just increased to level 25 after today's race.

What happened instead?
The game thinks I am a lower level and is not giving me the full amount of design points. I should be getting 24 as that is the level for the building but the game is giving me 21.
Also, after leveling up today I was offered the level 23 bundle to purchase, even though I am now level 25.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Probably.

Additional comments:

Can you check that you have repaired the Design facility? All facilities in the HQ need to be repaired now; you can see roughly by the green/yellow line underneath the building name on the HQ, and if you click inside it will have a 'Repair' button.

I have a similar problem. My design facility (level 30) is currently under construction, to elevate it to Level 31. I got only 27 design points after the last race yesterday. There is no Repair Button available, as with some of the other facilities. Will it be at 100% again after construction has been completed, or will I still have to repair afterwards?

All buildings are repaired after every race. The Design facility is under construction and I am unable to interact with it.
