iGP Leagues Dont Serve Purpose

The new automatically assigned iGP leagues do not serve their purpose.

Firstly, I selected the 11pm timeslot and was placed in a 5pm league. Way off…

Secondly, the purpose of these leagues was to pool similarly levelled managers to encourage fair competition… but this league ranges from levels 1-30 and is actually more uneven levelling than most player run leagues…

Is this working as intended? Because I would rather participate in a real league if this is how they will be.

Never before have there been as many unresolved cases as after this update, which means it wasn’t tested enough, that it was premature, overblown, and that what was done should not have been done. The game has become unplayable.

Timezone bug should be fixed now. It was sending your local timezone to the server from the page and not UTC time.

EDIT: I've decreased the range of levels allowed when a new league is forming in response to this report, and looking at your league. That's defiitely too broad. What likely happened is a level ~20 manager joined first and the spread around that was so wide that a level 30 and low level managers joined at the same time.

The league system is designed to initially catch a wide range of managers to populate the league, but I've reduced the spread to +/- 10 levels initially now for the first few managers, then it will narrow in.

completely agree, just left my league, i don't think this is fixable without a full revert to the old version of the game and some more development time for igp 2026. i'm not paying nor wasting my time playing for free for a significantly downgraded experience, it's not remotely fun in this current state

Wouldn’t you want it to show in our local timezone? I just got sent back to the 5pm league and then had to join a 3am league to get what I was looking for… is there any way these can be removed from my profile??

I can confirm that the time zone issue is NOT resolved. I live in UTC-3, and if I click to join a link at 6 PM, it redirects me to one at 3 PM.

i am really upset by this, i used to try to keep my profile organized so i could see season by season performance and now i have these 3 ugly leagues because i was mislead… on top of it, the only league for my timeslot has 4 people and is pretty much inactive already
