I played this game long ago, now I want to create a new account because I see that have a big update but I can't played the quick race, I'm stuck in lvl 1. When I log with my old account I can enter the server of quick race and donut and other stuff, but in this account I can't. What I have to do??
VIP Frank Thomas Moderator medal 5629254 days ago (Last edited by Frank Thomas 254 days ago) Had the same experience after creating a new account for testing. Found a work around:
-Clicking/tapping the XP/level bar in main screen
-scrolling down to level 1
-tapping on it to unlock Sprint Races (didn't fix the issue)
-tapping it again opened that locked race screen
-from there I could join a Sprint Race (got thrown back to main menu a short time afterwards and couldn't enter it in race viewer)
-after the SR was completed I could enter the race screen and SRs the normal way, however I had the luck my car qualify for rewards despite being unable to join that first race. So might be advisable to spend DP on the Sprint Car to enhance chances.
