Season ended and promotions and relegations between tiers didn't happen
What happened instead?
Pro tier managers went to same league but into split tier. So my league is called Formula Won so they went into Formula Won (split).

One of my Pro tier managers joined my league in elite when checking his stats he went to Formula Won (split) instead of getting promoted to elite so he left that league rejoined same league in elite.
