Research advantage

Bring back research advantage for lower levels. I like to be the underdog and catch up with the fastest cars later in the season. Now I will just keep falling back. The road to level 40 is too long for newer players. I will have to see how the next season goes but I expect this will be my last if it stay like this with all the bugs.
