Wrong car DP values before the start of the season

What did you try to do?
I have joined F1 Nascar League before the start of the previous season, which had only 5 races because of the synchronisation of all leagues.

What happened instead?
I have received starting values based on the previous 5 race seasons, but managers, who were members for a longer period got much higher starting DPs. Same applies to managers who are now joining the league.

Additional comments:
Calculate the starting DP values before the start of the season for all managers with the same logic, no matter for how long they are in the league.

Its also not just managers who are just joining, but also those who have been in the previous pro division before the combination of the two leagues

It effects all managers, who have joined a league after the update. 

Compare my starting DPs with Jacobs. 

This is really a critical issue, i would really appreciate, if you can focus on that and calculate all starting set ups the same way before a season is starting.

And, yes, the managers, which stayed in their league during the update, seem to have collected/ kept their design points from the season before the update went live.
