Not able to pass in race.

What did you try to do?
All teams stuck behind car in front not able to boost past. Occasionally cars managed to get past others.

What happened instead?
Not able to pass others.

Can the bug be reproduced?
Not sure but all my league players had same issue.

Additional comments:
Requesting our league be reset new start of season and delayed till 5th Jan allowing issues to be resolved. Race rules also wrong. Should be not refuelling, 2 tyre rule as our previous seasons please.

I just experienced this same problem at a sprint race in the Netherlands, and let me just say, that was some of the worst racing I have seen. I'm trying to not sound negative, but its really hard to when one car doesn't pit for the whole race until the last lap, making everybody run out of fuel because nobody can pass. If it helps, its similar to the Abu Dhabi issue from earlier. If you can fix the Netherlands track before my leagues scheduled race tomorrow, that would be amazing.

Same issue in same race as Nicholas. 
The league is called 
IGP F1 CHAMPIONSHIP. 
With drs we could not pass and with boost same issue. Just stuck behind car in front. Thanks for fast response Jack
