Unable to adjust race schedule/rules

What did you try to do?
My league (I’m the host) options to change rules back to how they should be as previous seasons. 2 tyre rule. No refuelling bonus for fast lap. I can’t correct. ( IGP F1 Championship)

What happened instead?
Unable to correct. (Requested as part of my bug report last night with not being able to over take.)

If it could be looked at and set correctly. (2tyre rule, no refuelling and bonus points for fastest lap)
