Is there anyway to have my league start at 4 PM PST on Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays whenever we get around to when daylight savings time begins and ends during a season because it feels weird having to put it as a 3:30 start time midway through the season

even on the old system changes for DST have always been manual

i dont know, why you have you want to use 3:30 start time.

The problem is that not every country in the world has a daylight saving time and that who have dont change at the same day/time.
