TranslateI want to cancel my VIP membership and I don't know where to do it. I became a VIP member yesterday and everything went wrong. I was leading the championship, now I can't even find my account. According to the statistics page, I'm still in the league, but my name isn't in the league rankings. The "Leave League" button is active, so I'm in the league, but I don't have a car in the race. Please cancel my VIP membership.

I wrote to you to cancel, but you didn't respond. I wrote that I made the purchase by mistake. You're not responding, you're not processing the cancellation request. I want a cancellation and a refund. I don't want a VIP membership that I haven't used and for which I requested cancellation before the deadline. Please cancel the membership and issue a refund.

Hi Bora, sorry to hear of your experience first of all.
Are the issues you reported a week ago still present? For example, are you still missing from your league standings or unable to find your account?
Regarding the refund, if the subscription was purchased via Google Play, you can cancel from within Google Play, or iOS where you can manage subscriptions for all apps. If you purchased on a desktop PC via igpmanager.com, we can take care of it.

TranslateI purchased it through the desktop application. I withdrew my account from the league on January 9th. I haven't played the game since then.

Hi Bora, the refund should be issued now and the subscription is cancelled. Let me know if the refund does not arrive, this is the first one we have issued for a subscription so far.
