Weakness level 30 engine

Before the update a level 30 engine could change the weakness indipendently of the strength. Is it still possible to do on level 30 engine or was this feature moved to level 40 engine?

Any info on this?

Could maybe someone with a level 30 engine answer?

This is still possible, I’ve a level 37 engine (feel free to apply to it). 

That beeing said, the chosen weakness only works for the manufacturer account, clients always get the paired weakness. For instance:
Manufacturer:
+37 braking and -19 fuel economy
Client on this engine
+37 braking and -19 on paired attribute, this is acceleration in this example 

Thanks Slo Bro. I’m a manufacturer myself. I was worried getting to level 30 no longer would give you the benefit of choosing the weakness.
I’m level 26, getting to level 40 would have been a pain

Is this a bug, or are engines actually worthless (always having the default paired weakness, as opposed to the benefit of passing passing level 30) to customers.  Why would ANYONE want one that doesn't get the benefit of losing the horrible default weaknesses. Please tell me it's just a bug?!

As far as I know it’s not a bug. Otherwise no one would build their own engine. It has been like this since before the december update.
