Somos una liga heredada eque está temporada a empezado como novato pero ya tenemos nivel 40 en la liga sería posible transferir a élite y poder correr como élite en vez de novato ?

Wrong issue, sorry, as any manager in any league converted to, or created in iGP 2026 is technically in the Rookie tier, as there's only one tier anymore and tier 1 is the former Rookie tier, which conveniently also was no longer used in leagues and thus free. The issue is your league still shows more than one tier present and still sees it as Rookie.
Also looking at your schedule I, again, can't see a calendar and a message it's not yet created instead. Is that the same for you?

Es decir que no cambiaremos nunca a otro nivel? Cuando te refieres a la agenda no entiendo que te refieres? La próxima temporada ya está lista.
Al cambiar a nivel novato estamos usando ajustes de la antigua categoría de novato nada que ver con los que usamos la temporada pasada. Números diferentes en los ajustes del coche como si volviéramos a empezar, al ser liga heredada esto no debería ser de otra forma contando con l experiencia que ya tiene está liga con más de 90 temporadas. Tienda la liga slip donde algunos mánagers pasaran desde la categoría profesional, veo que sus rangos son élite y profesional. Alguna solución?

Yes, everyone races in the same tier (at least once the last legacy leagues finish their pre-update seasons).
Looks like I've got a display bug then, if I open your league I can't see any races in the calendar.

The issue with setup using low Rookie values is known. Ranks like Pro and Elite still exist, but it's no longer connected to racing tiers, or promotion/relegation. They are team level steps and determines certain perks, like unlocking iGP leagues, hosted leagues and abiity to create leagues.
