After each race I only receive 2-5 DP's instead of  30 DP's, which is my design level. 
That happens on every account i have.

I dont know its thats a bug, but i have that issue since the update.

Hi Mahir, you will notice on your HQ it says 6 buildings need repair. The gains are declining because they are in disrepair.
