①「2タイヤルール」について
・ルールの概要
事前に運営側が指定した2種類のドライタイヤでレースを行うF1000独自のルールです。
※ドライコンディションのレース場合は、両方のタイヤを必ず一度は使用する義務があります。
ルールを適用するチームは、下記の通りに前のphase(フェーズ)*終了時（phase 1のみ前シーズン終了時）の成績に基づいて決定します。
・1位のポイントから 25%以上 ⇒ 事前に運営側が指定した2種類のドライタイヤでレースを行う
・1位のポイントから 25%未満 ⇒ 戦略フリー
※ 端数は切り上げとします
（例）1位のチームが100ポイントの場合、25ポイントを獲得しているチームは次のphaseで「2タイヤルール」の対象となります。
対象になったチームは、次のレースの開始10分前（日本時間21:50）までに設定を完了してください。
*…phase(フェーズ)について
当リーグでは、シーズンを6つのphaseに分割して、phase毎に2タイヤルールの適用チームを決定します。
phase 0...Rd.01
phase 1...Rd.02-03
phase 2...Rd.04-06
phase 3...Rd.07-09
phase 4...Rd.10-12
phase 5...Rd.13-15
※phase 0...Rd.01は全車が戦略フリーでレースを行います。
②「スタートハンデ」について
下記の何れかに該当する場合は、3周目終了までに1回ピットインする義務を付与する。
※スタート時に使用するタイヤは、ドライコンディションであればハードのみ使用可能です。
(A) 前戦で3位以内でゴールした。
(B) ドライバーズランキングで3位以内。
③「JOKER（ハンデ回避権）」について
第9戦終了時に、獲得ポイントが1位のチームから50%未満のチームには、1レースだけ戦略フリーにする権利を付与する。
※端数は切り上げる
レース開始10分前（日本時間21:50）までに掲示板に使用宣言をして下さい。
④「マイスター・クラス」について
自主的にドライバーの才能値に制限を掛けることで、より困難なチャレンジに挑む為の熟練者向けのクラスとする。
(A) 参加資格
・どのチームでも参加可能。
(B) 参加方法
・2名のドライバーの才能値の平均を85.0%以下にする。
・掲示板に参加するという内容のメッセージを投稿する。
(C) 離脱について
・マイスタークラスからの離脱はいつでも可能だが、同じシーズン中の復帰は不可能とする。
⑤ シーズン途中のドライバー交代について
(A) 当ルールの適用対象は、前シーズン終了時に1位から25%以上のポイントを獲得していたチームとする。
(B) シーズンの途中にドライバー交代するチームは、交代したラウンドにて2台とも②「スタートハンデ」を適用する。
※成績によるスタートハンデを受けるラウンドでドライバー交代する場合は、成績によるスタートハンデを先に消化します。
⑥ セカンドチームの参加について
なるべく多くのプレイヤーに参加してもらうため、同じ参加者による2チーム目を参加させることを禁じる。
なお、2チーム目を参加させたい場合は、併催の「All Nippon F1000 Lights」への参加を推奨する。
⑦ ペナルティについて
①～⑤の規則に沿っていない状態で入賞するかファステストラップを記録したチームは、ペナルティとして②「スタートハンデ」を適用する。
違反状態で②に該当する成績を残した場合は、ペナルティによるスタートハンデを消化してから、成績によるスタートハンデを消化する。
⑧ 退会措置について
下記に該当する参加者には運営側の判断で退会措置を取る場合がある。
(A) 長期間ログインしていない。
(B) 規則や常識的なマナーを遵守しない。
(C) 同じ参加者による2チーム目の参加が発覚した。
(D) リーグ及び他プレイヤーへの敬意を欠いた言動が続いたり、利己的な要求をするなど、リーグ運営に支障をもたらす要因となる行動を取った場合。

① About the "Two-Tire Rule"
- Rule Overview
This is a unique F1000 rule that requires teams to race using two types of dry-weather tires designated in advance by the organizers.
*If the race is held in dry conditions, both tyres must be used at least once.
Teams that qualify for the rule are determined based on their performance at the end of the previous phase* (Phase 1, at the end of the previous season) as follows:
-If a team earns 25% or more of the points of the first-place team, they will race using two types of dry-weather tires designated in advance by the organizers.
-If a team earns less than 25% of the points of the first-place team, they are free to use any strategy they like.
* Fractions will be rounded up.
(Example) If the first-place team has 100 points, teams with 25 points will be subject to the "Two-Tire Rule" in the next phase.
Eligible teams must complete their setup by 10 minutes before the start of the next race (9:50 PM Japan time).
* About Phases
In this league, the season is divided into six phases, and teams that qualify for the Two-Tire Rule are determined for each phase.
Phase 0...Rd.01
Phase 1...Rd.02-03
Phase 2...Rd.04-06
Phase 3...Rd.07-09
Phase 4...Rd.10-12
Phase 5...Rd.13-15
*Phase 0...Rd.01: All cars will race with free strategy.
② Regarding "Start Handicap"
If any of the following conditions apply, a team will be required to make one pit stop by the end of the third lap.
*Only hard tires may be used at the start if the conditions are dry.
(A) Finished in the top three in the previous race.
(B) Finished in the top three in the driver's standings.
③ Regarding "JOKER (Handicap Avoidance)"
At the end of the ninth race, any team that has earned less than 50% of the points from the top team will be granted the right to use a free strategy for one race.
*Fractions will be rounded up.
Please declare your use on the bulletin board at least 10 minutes before the start of the race (9:50 PM Japan time).
④ About the "Meister Class"
This class is designed for experienced drivers, allowing them to take on more difficult challenges by voluntarily limiting their driver talent scores.
(A) Eligibility
- Any team can participate.
(B) How to Participate
- The average talent score of both drivers must be below 85.0%.
- If you wish to participate, please post a message on the message board.
(C) Withdrawal
- A team may withdraw from the Meister Class at any time, but may not rejoin during the same season.
⑤ About Driver Changes During the Season
(A) This rule applies to teams that earned 25% or more of the points of first place or higher at the end of the previous season.
(B) For teams that change drivers during the season, the "Start Handicap" ② will be applied to both cars for the round in which the change occurred.
※If a driver is changed during a round where a performance-based starting handicap applies, the performance-based starting handicap will be used first.
⑥ About Second Team Participation
To maximize participation, second teams consisting of the same participants are prohibited.
If you wish to participate as a second team, we recommend that you participate in the "All Nippon F1000 Lights" which is being held at the same time.
⑦ Penalties
Any team that wins the race or records the fastest lap without following rules ① to ⑤ will be penalized with ② a "start handicap."
If a player achieves a result that falls under (②) while violating the rules, the start handicap due to the penalty will take precedence over the start handicap due to the result.
⑧ Regarding Withdrawal
Participants who meet the following criteria may be removed from the league at the discretion of the league administrator.
(A) If they have not logged in for a certain period of time.
(B) If they have not followed the rules or common etiquette.
(C) If multiple teams formed by the same player are discovered.
(D) If a player continues to behave disrespectfully towards the league and other players, makes selfish demands, or engages in other behavior that interferes with the operation of the league.
