Risolvete il problema!!!

Ciao,
sono VIP fin dal primo momento. Sono iscritto a due campionati, ma quello che mi interessa principalmente è il #132349.

Attualmente non riesco a correre né in questo campionato né nell’altro, il #30281.

Quando mi trovo nel campionato spagnolo (#132349), a fine gara — che posso solo visualizzare senza poter interagire — cliccando su “corsa precedente” vengo reindirizzato ai risultati dell’altro campionato (#30281).

Potete indicarmi come risolvere il problema? Devo uscire da entrambi i campionati e rientrare? Ho già provato, ma senza successo.

Inoltre ho un ticket aperto da diversi giorni ancora in lavorazione: com’è possibile? C’è stato qualche problema o la segnalazione è rimasta in sospeso?

I’ve been a VIP from the very beginning. I’m enrolled in two championships, but the one I’m mainly interested in is #132349.

At the moment I can’t race in either this championship or the other one, #30281.

When I’m in the Spanish championship (#132349), at the end of the race — which I can only watch without being able to interact — if I click on “previous race”, I’m redirected to the results of the other championship (#30281).

Could you please tell me how to solve this issue? Should I leave both championships and join again? I already tried this, but without success.

I also have a ticket that has been open and “in progress” for several days: how is this possible? Was there a problem, or has my report been overlooked?
