Engine Weakness Query

Hi 

Just a query on engine manufacturing,

 Say my engine strength is set to Acc, my engine only lets me pick from Down, Fuel, Hand Tyre as a weakness, is this correct?

Have a lvl 30 engine and never really explored the options of changes to weakness, are the useless weakness excluded from being picked?

Any info would be appreciated.

Yes. It’s intended that you cannot select reliability or cooling as weakness. You can choose all the other categories though.
