Chassis design development

1. My client and I have each completed 2 races in different leagues so far. But I only have 2 "chassis data" entries. Is this how it should be?

2. Chassis settings (checkboxes) apparently only save once per day. Once changed, they cannot be changed again. If this is the same as engine settings, this shouldn't be the case

1. Customers (clients) are the only one that give "chassis data". (for now).

2. I don't know.

Is the additional research percentage for the car at 0% normal? Will it stay that way until I unlock additional supply hubs?
