Clear me about the promotion rules, please

This is the case: the championship is coming to an end and my team assured a place in the top 12. So now, by friday night, after the last race, I'll be promoted to PRO.

My question is: will I be a PRO only in this league or if I move to another league (after the conclusion of season 1 and before season 2 begins) I'll be a ROOKIE again? And since I was in a one car league, will I be a PRO also if I join a some other two car league?

You will be a Pro in any league that you go to, if you promote. You can go to any league.
